This all-inclusive package is for the couple who would like a professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day/weekend. Anything you can think of, you can pass the buck to us! Invitations, place cards, seating charts, floor plans, vendors, travel plans... Let us take full care of you so you can focus on your deer sweet fiancé and your new life together. This Full Package Includes: - A meet and greet to get to know you and your fiancé, and get a sense of who you are as individuals and as a couple. - Based upon your personal style, budget, and vision, we put together a list of preferred vendors including venues, florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, etc. to help achieve the personality you’d like to see come to life. - Setup and attend meetings with you and your major vendors involved in the wedding planning process (if available). > Ceremony and reception design by providing assistance in selecting favors, place cards, linens, centerpieces, flowers, apparel, etc. - Develop a comprehensive timeline including the wedding party and each vendor. - Organize and coordinate rented items such as tents, linens, tables, china, silverware, chairs, decor, etc. - Act as a liaison between vendors, wedding party, family and the couple to create a seamless event. - Direct ceremony rehearsal (night before). - Day-of coordination and supervision at your ceremony and during the reception.
